Triglav National Park is located on the north-western part of Slovenia. As part of the Julian Alps, it is an impressive mountainous area, predominated by Limestone. The park is named after mount Triglav – the highest peak in this mountain range – 2864 meters (which is the symbol of Slovenia). Secured marked trails and well equipped mountain huts make the climb to Triglav peak a fabulous trip.
