Background
I’m a professional lecturer since 1992. It started with instructing technological subjects, mainly telecommunications. I have been specializing in broad telecommunications courses for non-technical audience. During the beginning of this century it became a main occupation, in "Logtel Telecommunications”, where I delivered courses in Israel and abroad, in Hebrew and English.
In parallel, travel, photography and geography related occupations were developed, and presenting them was literally natural… Power Point presentations started to contain less block diagrams and more photos of Israel and the world. The presentations then emerged from the virtual to the real world, as I started to lecture-present in front of various audiences – culture events in companies’ premises or public municipal events, as well as private events. Presentations are held in Hebrew or English.
Popular subjects
"Explore and Discover” - An audio-visual presentation, in which I present Israel and related places on the globe through pictures taken during unusual events and from original points of view. Travel experiences, as well as stories and philosophy behind the scenes of the photos, serve as a background for unfolding unknown places and phenomena.
The talk can be tailored to various age groups, as well as to the audience’s subjects of interest such as geography, photography, specific destinations, etc.
"One World One Dream” – The slogan of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, has a dual meaning. China is already "Number One” in the world in many aspects. Inspired by the "China Travel Journal” book, it is an audio-visual journey via known as well as remote and unique corners of China. Its physical, natural and cultural characteristics are unfolded through the photos and stories.
"India and Nepal” – Landscapes, history, mountains and plains, religions and beliefs, and the nature – of traveling in unique places of India and Nepal, are presented in this lecture-presentation. Writing process of the "India-Nepal” guidebook can be part of the lecture, depicting another journey – of writing: Karma and decisions, and the long way from the idea to signing on the book at the annual book fair.
