Ladakh is a charming place - this lovely rain-shadow desert is located on the northern tip of India. In this high altitude desert, inhabited mostly by Tibetan Buddhists, you can find an amazing combination of Yellow-Brown landscapes with green fields in between, beautiful villages and cute Buddhist Gompas and temples scattered everywhere.
