Antennas link two fields that I’m engaged with – travel and telecommunications. They can be found everywhere – from big cities, to the remotest villages and high mountains. Although these monuments of the modern era pollute the view, they enable people all over the world to communicate using electromagnetic waves, and sometimes they even charmingly mingle in the surrounding landscape.
